"Amore e Magia" is an absolutely classic Brunello di Montalcino DOC, round and harmonious, yet seductive new. And so it is with the products of Podere Le Ripi, a company that makes elegance a characteristic common to all its labels. Sangiovese grapes are harvested by hand and fermented and macerated in Vosges oak barrels for about 50 days. The wine is then aged in large oak barrels for 36 months, followed by another month in cement vats before being bottled.
